•$145,000 - $175,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Luxury Presence is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for its GTM Analytics team. The team supports Sales, Marketing, and Client Success with decision-ready analysis and is developing Lighthouse, an internal BI-as-code platform where dashboards, metrics, and semantic definitions are maintained in version-controlled code. The analyst will partner with GTM leaders on questions about pipeline, funnel conversion, campaign performance, retention, and revenue, while helping build analytics infrastructure and AI-forward workflows. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Analytics and works in two-week sprints alongside Analytics Engineering. It combines stakeholder-facing analysis with dbt data modeling, data quality ownership, contributions to Lighthouse, and exploration of agentic AI workflows. The position is based in Austin, Texas, with a hybrid workplace arrangement.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence, including meaningful experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success at a fast-growing company.
  • Expert SQL skills and hands-on experience with dbt for modeling go-to-market data.
  • Comfort with Python for analysis and automation.
  • Experience using Salesforce as a data source, including familiarity with CRM objects, fields, and data-modeling considerations.
  • Familiarity with a modern data stack, including Fivetran or similar ELT tooling and a cloud data warehouse.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and defend recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to own deliverables through completion.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and iterating quickly in two-week sprints.

Nice To Haves

  • Staff-level scope, including ownership of larger or more ambiguous problems end-to-end and a record of setting technical direction.
  • Experience with a modern BI tool such as Sigma, Hex, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Understanding of governed semantic layers, self-serve dashboards, and BI-as-code approaches.
  • Experience using AI agents or LLM tools to accelerate analysis, and interest in defining how agentic analytics works at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code or a similar coding agent such as Codex.
  • Experience with BigQuery; the company uses Snowflake.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver decision-ready analysis for Sales, Marketing, and Client Success, including pipeline health, funnel conversion, campaign and channel performance, cohorts, retention, and GRR/NRR drivers.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CSM stakeholders to scope questions, frame recommendations, and follow analysis through to a decision.
  • Translate ambiguous stakeholder requests into clear, testable analytical approaches.
  • Build and maintain dbt models and marts for Sales, Marketing, and Client Success domains, using Salesforce as a core source system.
  • Own data quality and documentation for the analyst's domain, including definitions, source-of-truth tables, and quality assurance.
  • Help define how dashboards, metrics, and semantic models are written, versioned, and reviewed in Lighthouse.
  • Advance agentic AI analytics workflows by using AI agents to accelerate analysis, automate recurring reporting, and reduce manual dashboard requests.
  • Evaluate where AI can replace manual analyst work and where it cannot.
  • Plan and prioritize an individual backlog against team OKRs in two-week sprints.
  • Provide stakeholders with clear, proactive status updates.
