About The Position
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and hardworking Janitorial Staff member to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout our facility. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage their time effectively, and complete cleaning tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements

- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
Nice To Haves
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
- Experience working in schools, community centers, or recreational facilities is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, offices, classrooms, and activity spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
- Empty trash and recycling containers.
- Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and high-touch surfaces.
- Set up and clean up areas for programs, meetings, and special events.
- Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Ensure facility cleanliness meets organizational standards.
- Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned.
