About The Position
Tel Hai is hiring a full-time evening Custodian for its Facilities department at its nonprofit retirement community in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania. The position follows a set Tuesday–Saturday schedule from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and pays up to $18.16 per hour. A valid driver’s license is required.
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and at least two years of driving experience.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in floor care, housekeeping, and general maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Set up and tear down events.
- Move resident furniture and perform general labor duties.
- Remove trash.
- Perform floor care, including carpet extraction, floor stripping and waxing, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Remove snow and ice.
- Perform other general maintenance and housekeeping duties.
