About The Position

Verde Clean is hiring reliable and motivated Custodians to support operations at TSMC in Phoenix, Arizona. The role helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting the company’s commitment to sustainability, safety, and service. The office cleaning team maintains offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, and restrooms by cleaning floors and surfaces, disinfecting, restocking supplies, and removing trash. The position may also involve answering and responding to phone calls professionally and promptly as needed. Available overnight schedules are Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday, 8:00 PM–6:30 AM. Pay is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

Janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures.
Ability to speak, read, and understand English.
Ability to answer and respond to phone calls professionally.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 35 lbs.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
Comfort working in various environments, including active construction areas and office settings.

Responsibilities

Clean offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, and restrooms.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
Dust, wipe, and disinfect desks, counters, common areas, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces.
Restock facility supplies and remove trash and debris.
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Answer and respond to phone calls professionally and in a timely manner as needed.
