About The Position

Verde Clean is seeking reliable and motivated Custodians to support operations at TSMC in Phoenix, Arizona. The role helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting the company’s commitment to sustainability, safety, and exceptional service. The position includes office cleaning and general facility custodial duties, with shifts from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM on either Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday, at $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

Janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures.
Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
Must be able to answer and respond to phone calls professionally.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 35 lbs.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
Comfortable working in various environments, including active construction areas and office settings.

Responsibilities

Clean offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, and restrooms.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
Dust, wipe, and disinfect surfaces, including desks, counters, and high-touch areas.
Clean and disinfect restrooms and common areas.
Restock facility supplies.
Empty trash receptacles and remove trash and debris.
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Answer and respond to phone calls professionally and in a timely manner as needed.
