About The Position

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Undergo a background investigation, subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements applicable under state and/or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.
• Have a valid driver's license only if applying for a driving position.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at the commercial real estate front desk while following site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests to appropriate offices or building areas.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and communication systems.
• Document and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and critical situations, contacting building management, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal leadership as directed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, key or access-card records, and other front-desk documentation.
