About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Kernersville, North Carolina. This customer-service-focused security role involves welcoming and assisting visitors, verifying identities, managing access, and helping create a reassuring and professional environment. Officers work in a concierge post and help protect people and property through patrols, incident response, and communication of security concerns. Multiple shift schedules are available, ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week. The hourly wage is $17.58, paid biweekly, and DailyPay is available. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Have an active or recently expired PPSB license.
• Have CPR, First Aid, and AED qualifications.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have at least one year of security experience.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them as needed.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
