About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Kernersville, North Carolina. This customer-service-focused security role involves welcoming and assisting people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Multiple shift schedules are available, ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week. The hourly wage is $17.58, paid biweekly, and DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Hold an active or recently expired PPSB license.
• Have CPR, First Aid, and AED qualifications.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have at least one year of security experience.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, as well as a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
