About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Mebane, North Carolina. The role focuses on customer service and building meaningful connections while working with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The officer helps protect people and property through visitor assistance, access control, patrols, equipment inspections, incident response, and security communications.

Available schedules are 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Friday–Tuesday; 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Wednesday–Sunday; or a varying shift for a flex officer. The listed schedules are 40 hours per week. Pay is $17.00 per hour, paid biweekly, and DailyPay is available. GardaWorld provides a uniform at no cost and offers career growth opportunities. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Hold an active PPSB license.
• Be over 21 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
