About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This customer-service-focused position involves engaging with people and helping them feel welcome and secure in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Multiple schedules are available, including evening and overnight schedules, with listed shifts ranging from 32 to 40 hours per week. The hourly wage is $17.58, paid biweekly, and DailyPay is available. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Hold an active PPSB license.
• Hold CPR certification.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Have at least one year of security experience.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
