About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The officer welcomes visitors, verifies identities, guides people, manages access, patrols the site, and helps protect individuals and property. The position offers four schedule options: Monday through Friday, 5:15 a.m.–1:15 p.m. (40 hours per week); Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. (40 hours per week); Wednesday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. (40 hours per week); or Saturday and Sunday, 5:45 p.m.–5:45 a.m. (24 hours per week). The hourly wage is $22.00–$24.25. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
