About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Scottsdale, Arizona. This customer-service-focused security role involves engaging with people, building connections, and helping visitors feel reassured and confident. Concierge officers may work in settings such as office towers, hotels, or shopping centers. Four schedules are listed: Monday through Friday, 5:15 a.m.–1:15 p.m. (40 hours per week); Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m. (40 hours per week); Wednesday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. (40 hours per week); or Saturday and Sunday, 5:45 p.m.–5:45 a.m. (24 hours per week). The listed hourly wage is $22.00–$24.25. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
