About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Mooresville, Indiana. This customer-service-focused security role involves welcoming and assisting visitors, managing access, conducting patrols, and helping protect people and property in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, basic phone and computer proficiency, and the ability to complete an extensive screening process. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Two full-time schedules are available: Monday through Friday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.; or Saturday and Sunday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Monday and Tuesday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The hourly wage is $21.25. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
