About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Concierge Ambassador for a driving post in Coral Springs, Florida. The role emphasizes customer service and building connections with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with an hourly wage of $18.50.

The officer welcomes and guides visitors, verifies identities, manages access control, and patrols to identify potential risks. The role also involves inspecting security equipment, responding to incidents, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency teams, answering questions in person or by phone, and documenting incidents and security concerns. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a Florida Class D license.
• Be at least 21 years old, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, because this is a driving post.
