About The Position

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience.
• Excellent written and conversational communication skills.
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce or Yardi.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and meeting the standards and work ethic associated with it.
• At least an associate's degree.
• Personable, hardworking, motivated, hands-on, and sales-savvy.
• Highly motivated, goals-focused, and success-driven.
• Organized, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing demands.
• Articulate and persuasive in person and in writing.
• Creative, empathetic, and able to solve problems.

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
• Experience in senior living, health care, real estate, or hospitality sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive community census and occupancy growth.
• Conduct external business development to increase brand awareness and establish community and referral relationships.
• Manage sales lead follow-up and progression through the sales cycle.
• Manage the resident move-in process from start to finish.
• Establish and execute strategic marketing plans.
• Coordinate and participate in community events to drive market awareness, particularly on weekends during the pre- and post-opening sales phase.
