About The Position

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, machinery, and production processes
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
• High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• Technical, engineering, or related education is a plus

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Supervise, coach, and support production employees
• Monitor production output to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and coordinate routine maintenance as needed
• Identify production issues and implement process improvements
• Train new employees on machinery, procedures, and safety protocols
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Complete production reports and track performance metrics
• Work closely with other departments to ensure production needs are met
