About The Position

beyonnex.io is hiring two Agile Coaches to help develop its Enterprise-IoT-Suite (bxSUITE) and services, supporting a stable and scalable technological foundation for the strategic development of the noventic group. The role promotes continuous improvement and keeps teams focused on customer benefit. At the organisational level, the Agile Coach supports the product and technology organisation in delivering bxSUITE, the company-wide Team Health Check, and cultural-fit interviews. The coach uses Kanban metrics and forecasts to help Solutions and Domains become stable and predictable, collaborates with other coaches to identify and resolve systemic issues and impediments, supports overall work flow across bxSUITE, and takes part in peer mentoring within the coaches team. At the team level, the role works with development teams where coaching can have the greatest impact, including deep dives into flow, lead time, and team health; team setups and reorganisations; and retrospectives. The coach fosters effective working environments, mediates conflicts within and between teams, and strengthens teams’ ownership of how they work. The position is advertised as 100% remote, with offices in Hamburg and Munich available for personal collaboration. The successful candidate should live in the northern half of Germany and be open to travelling to the Hamburg head office from time to time.

Requirements

Two to three years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
Practical experience with the Kanban method and its metrics.
Experience with additional agile frameworks and team development.
Ability to explain flow data and forecasts to Product Owners, Product Leads, and Solution Owners in a way that creates trust.
Demonstrate an agile mindset and inspire colleagues.
Courage to move forward, try new approaches and experiments, and encourage others to do the same.
Strong communication skills in German and English at C1 level.
Enjoy networking.
Live in the northern half of Germany and be open to travelling to the Hamburg head office from time to time.
