About The Position

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Current listing on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered personal care and mobility assistance according to care plans and scope of training while protecting resident rights and confidentiality.
• Accurately document care in the medical record and CareTracker.
• Report resident needs to the team leader before the end of each shift.
• Follow safety, infection-control, universal-precaution, PPE, body-mechanics, equipment-use, and organizational policies.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional approach to resident care.
• Maintain reliable attendance and support staffing and on-call coverage.
• Complete required training and education.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to uphold the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
