About The Position

Lorien Taneytown is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA II) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. The role assists residents with activities of daily living and provides hands-on support in accordance with established policies and procedures. Care is provided under the direction of the Director of Nursing, with a focus on residents’ dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

The position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN hours, with day, evening, and night schedules and Weekend Warrior schedule options. Lorien Taneytown is a family-focused community in Carroll County offering assisted living, specialty nursing care, in-house and outpatient rehabilitation, and 24/7 nursing staff.

Requirements

• Active Maryland CNA II license.
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents.
