About The Position

Concierge Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide private-duty, one-on-one care to seniors in their homes in Middleburg, Florida, and surrounding areas. The role supports clients in maintaining independence, daily routines, comfort, and quality of life. Opportunities include flexible PRN and part-time assignments, weekday or weekend shifts, supplemental hours, and recurring schedules as client needs and availability allow. The position is W-2 employment and pays $18–$22 per hour, with weekly pay.

Requirements

• Hold a current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school.
• Have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Have current CPR certification.
• Provide a Social Security card.
• Provide a health statement dated within the past six months.
• Complete required caregiver training: 2 hours of Alzheimer's training, 1 hour of HIV/AIDS training, and 2 hours of medication assistance training.
• Be eligible for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening.
• Demonstrate dependability, professionalism, and a commitment to compassionate senior care.
• Authorize a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes; the report may include civil and criminal history, driving records, birth records, and other public records.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with walking and safe transfers.
• Prepare meals and perform light household tasks.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Provide transportation and run errands when needed.
• Support clients experiencing Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
