Certified HHA / CNA – WEEK DAYS AND WEEKENDS! W-2
About The Position
Concierge Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide private-duty, one-on-one care to seniors in their homes in Palm Coast, Florida. The role offers weekday and weekend opportunities, with flexible part-time and PRN schedules, recurring weekly client assignments when available, and opportunities to pick up additional shifts. Pay is $18–$22 per hour, with weekly pay and W-2 employment. No personal liability insurance is required. Caregivers help seniors live safely and comfortably at home by providing personal care, companionship, mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation, and support for people living with Alzheimer's disease or dementia. Applicants must authorize a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes.
Requirements
- Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school.
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Current CPR certification.
- Social Security card.
- Health statement completed within the last 6 months.
- Completion of required Florida caregiver training: 2 hours of Alzheimer's training, 1 hour of HIV/AIDS training, and 2 hours of medication assistance training.
- Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening.
- Reliable transportation, professionalism, and a compassionate attitude.
- Authorization for a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide companionship and engaging conversation.
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Provide transportation and run errands as needed.
- Support individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
