Certified HHA / CNA – Flexible Schedules and W-2
About The Position
Concierge Care is seeking caring, reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one care to seniors in their homes in the Daytona Beach area. The role supports clients in remaining independent and comfortable at home. Assignments may include a few shifts each week or a recurring client schedule, with part-time and PRN opportunities. Weekday and weekend assignments are based on client needs, and additional hours may be available. This is W-2 employment with weekly pay. Applicants must authorize a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes. The employer states that the review may include civil and criminal history records, driving records, birth records, and other public records. Requirements
- Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school.
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Current CPR certification.
- Social Security card.
- Health statement completed within the past 6 months.
- Required Florida caregiver training, including Alzheimer's, HIV/AIDS, and medication assistance.
- Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening.
- Authorization for a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility.
- Prepare meals and maintain a comfortable home.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Help with errands and transportation.
- Support seniors with memory loss or dementia.
