About The Position

Concierge Care is seeking dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for one-on-one, private duty home care opportunities in Jacksonville, Florida, including the Southside and Baymeadows areas and surrounding communities. Caregivers may be considered for recurring weekly schedules, part-time shifts, and additional client assignments as local care needs arise. The role offers W-2 employment, weekly pay of $18–$22 per hour, and flexible PRN and part-time scheduling. Weekday and weekend opportunities, recurring assignments, and additional hours depend on client needs and availability. Care is provided to clients in their homes.

Requirements

• Hold an active Florida CNA license or a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school.
• Have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Have current CPR certification.
• Provide a Social Security card.
• Have a health statement completed within the past six months.
• Complete required Florida caregiver CEUs and training.
• Be eligible for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Provide companionship and support with daily living.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with errands and transportation as needed.
• Support clients with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
