About The Position
Concierge Care is seeking dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for one-on-one, private-duty home care opportunities in Jacksonville, Florida, including the Southside and Baymeadows areas and surrounding communities. The position offers flexible PRN and part-time schedules, recurring weekly client assignments when available, weekday and weekend opportunities based on client needs, and opportunities for additional hours. Pay is $18–$22 per hour, paid weekly, with W-2 employment. Caregivers provide senior care in clients’ homes; personal liability insurance is not required. Applicants must authorize a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes. The report may include civil and criminal history records from federal, state, and county criminal justice agencies, as well as driving records, birth records, and other public records. Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school.
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Current CPR certification.
- Social Security card.
- Health statement completed within the past 6 months.
- Required Florida caregiver continuing education units (CEUs) and training.
- Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening.
- Authorization for a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Provide companionship and daily living support.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with errands and transportation as needed.
- Support clients with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
