Landmark of Fridley, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Fridley, Minnesota, is hiring an HHA/CNA to support residents in its 69-unit community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. The role provides direct personal care to residents of all genders, recognizes individual needs, encourages independence, and treats each resident with respect and dignity. Care includes assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs described in their plans of care. The HHA/CNA also engages residents in meaningful conversations, provides attentive care, and assists with medication administration. The posting lists a full-time AM shift (7 a.m.–3 p.m.) and a part-time NOC shift (11 p.m.–7 a.m.); every other weekend is included. HHA pay is $17–$22 per hour and CNA pay is $19–$24 per hour. Shift differentials are $1 for PM shifts and $2 for NOC shifts.
