About The Position

Requirements

• Current Washington State RN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable providing independent one-on-one care.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with ventilator-dependent patients.
• Experience caring for individuals with ALS or other complex neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in a private home setting.
• Monitor and manage ventilator-dependent care.
• Assess and monitor the client's condition and respond appropriately to changes.
• Follow the established plan of care and physician-directed orders.
• Monitor respiratory status and maintain patient safety.
• Document care, observations, and changes in condition.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and family.
