About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral health OR a combination of education, training, and/or experience
• 1 year experience working with the SMI population with additional experience in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse
• 1 year experience in a behavioral health position providing outreach and engagement activities.
• Ability to pass criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License with 39 month clear MVR
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
• CPR/First Aid
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI)

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and administrative supervision, clinical oversight, training, and mentoring for Case Managers and Rehabilitation Specialist on an assigned team.
• Ensures clinical quality and productivity standards are met and exceeded by direct reports.
• Ensures assessments and treatment plans are developed and implemented for each patient on their team.
