About The Position

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
• Experience working in the veterinary field.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments, and coordinate with the team on appropriate discharge information for grooming, clinic, walk-in, technician, boarding, and retail appointments.
• Understand, communicate, and appropriately prioritize scheduled appointments, client education, and lobby triage according to vaccine, wellness, parasite, and retail needs to support an efficient daily workflow.
• Welcome clients entering the clinic, open the door, check patients in, inform clients of appointment delays, attend to clients while they wait, and alert staff when clients arrive.
