About The Position

CityVet Highlands Ranch is seeking a Client Service Specialist (CSS) to serve as the clinic’s primary point of contact for client interactions, both by phone and in person. The CSS helps create a pleasant client experience and builds relationships that encourage client loyalty. The role works with clinic colleagues to coordinate appointments, client education, lobby triage, and daily workflow across grooming, clinic, walk-in, technician, boarding, and retail appointments.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
Experience working in the veterinary field.

Responsibilities

Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments, and coordinate with the team on appropriate discharge information for grooming, clinic, walk-in, technician, boarding, and retail appointments.
Understand, communicate, and appropriately prioritize scheduled appointments, client education, and lobby triage according to vaccine, wellness, parasite, and retail needs to support an efficient daily workflow.
Welcome clients entering the clinic, open the door, check patients in, inform clients of appointment delays, attend to clients while they wait, and alert staff when clients arrive.
