About The Position
CityVet Preston Forest is seeking Client Service Specialists to serve as the clinic’s primary point of contact for client interactions, both by phone and in person. The role focuses on creating a pleasant client experience and building relationships that encourage client loyalty. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
Responsibilities
- Manage appointment check-ins and book new appointments for grooming, clinic, walk-in, technician, boarding, and retail services.
- Partner with the team to provide proper discharge information.
- Understand, communicate, and prioritize scheduled appointments, client education, and lobby triage based on vaccine, wellness, parasite, and retail needs to support an efficient schedule and daily workflow.
- Welcome clients entering the clinic, open the door, check patients in, inform clients of appointment delays, support clients while they wait, and alert staff when clients arrive.
