About The Position
This is a customer-facing position that provides the highest-quality client service and patient care at the practice. Primary responsibilities include speaking with patients on the phone, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, patient check-in and check-out, and a variety of front desk administrative duties.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Personal presentation
- 1+ years of experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Efficiency at multi-tasking
- Proficiency with computers and basic systems
- The ability to interact with patients in a professional and friendly manner
Nice To Haves
- Experience preferred, but we are willing to train someone with good customer service skills and a desire to learn.
