About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical or clinical office setting.
• Proficient in MS Office 365, EHR/EMR systems, and scheduling and billing systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to efficiently perform job duties in a fast-paced work environment with zero to few errors.
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
• Flexible with a team-player mentality.
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in an intimate clinical setting.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming force for members and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage member interactions, check-ins, and appointments.
• Respond promptly to calls, messages, and emails.
• Guide new members through the onboarding process, including agreement forms, program details, and payment discussions.
• Foster lasting relationships with members and promote their ongoing success.
• Process orders, manage billing, and maintain inventory.
• Manage mail and packages, including outgoing shipments.
• Assist with new hire setup and training, including curriculum review and shadowing.
• Collaborate with the team to elevate the member experience.
• Participate in projects and assignments, showcasing adaptability and innovation.
