As an Assistant Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, develop your team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer service environment preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Reliable attendance and transportation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on restaurant environment
  • Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards
  • Food safety certification may be required and will be provided through training if applicable

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Assistant Manager or restaurant management experience is preferred, but we're also excited to develop strong Shift Leaders who are ready for their next challenge.

Responsibilities

  • Helping lead the overall operation of the restaurant and ensuring a great experience for every guest
  • Coaching, developing, and motivating Crew Members and Shift Leaders
  • Assisting with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Leading shifts while maintaining Wingstop standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and speed
  • Ensuring the restaurant is properly staffed and prepared for each shift
  • Monitoring sales, labor, food quality, and overall restaurant performance
  • Assisting with inventory management, ordering, product rotation, and waste control
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards
  • Handling guest concerns professionally and finding positive solutions
  • Supporting scheduling and staffing needs in partnership with the General Manager
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures
  • Holding team members accountable to company standards while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment
  • Identifying opportunities to improve restaurant operations and guest experiences
  • Helping develop Shift Leaders and Crew Members into future restaurant leaders
