About The Position

LV Petroleum is hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for its Bojangles restaurant. Working alongside the General Manager, the AGM helps lead the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, ensuring top-quality customer service, operational excellence, and team development. The role supports inventory management, upholds Bojangles’ brand standards, and helps drive store performance. The AGM also serves as acting General Manager when the GM is not present.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of restaurant leadership or shift management experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams.
• Basic knowledge of labor management and food cost control.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Quick Service or Fast Casual experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, including food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and staff performance.
• Coach team members and hold them accountable to standards to ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
• Help recruit, train, and develop employees.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control efforts.
• Monitor compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
• Manage shifts, including opening and closing procedures, labor deployment, and handling customer concerns.
• Drive sales through excellent service and suggestive selling.
• Serve as the acting General Manager when the GM is not present.
