About The Position

LV Petroleum is hiring an Assistant General Manager for its Bojangles restaurant. The AGM plays a key leadership role in day-to-day restaurant operations, working alongside the General Manager to support customer service, operational excellence, and team development. The position helps lead the team, manage inventory, uphold Bojangles’ brand standards, and drive store performance. The AGM assists with oversight of food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and staff performance; coaches employees and reinforces standards; supports recruiting, training, and development; and helps manage inventory, ordering, and costs. The AGM also monitors food safety and workplace compliance, manages shifts and customer concerns, drives sales through service and suggestive selling, and acts as General Manager when the GM is absent.

Requirements

1–2 years of restaurant leadership or shift management experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams.
Basic knowledge of labor management and food cost control.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Quick Service or Fast Casual experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, including food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and staff performance.
Coach team members and hold them accountable to standards to ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
Help recruit, train, and develop employees.
Support inventory management, ordering, and cost-control efforts.
Monitor compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
Manage shifts, including opening and closing procedures, labor deployment, and handling customer concerns.
Drive sales through excellent service and suggestive selling.
Serve as acting General Manager when the General Manager is not present.
