About The Position

LV Petroleum is expanding and is hiring an Assistant General Manager for its Bojangles restaurant. The AGM plays a key leadership role in day-to-day restaurant operations, working alongside the General Manager to support customer service, operational excellence, team development, and store performance. The role helps lead the team, manage inventory, and uphold Bojangles’ brand standards. The AGM serves as acting General Manager when the GM is not present. Requirements

1–2 years of restaurant leadership or shift management experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams.
Basic knowledge of labor management and food cost control.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, including food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and staff performance.
Coach team members and hold them accountable to standards to support consistent, high-quality guest experiences.
Help recruit, train, and develop employees.
Support inventory management, ordering, and cost control efforts.
Monitor compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
Manage shifts, including opening and closing procedures, labor deployment, and handling customer concerns.
Drive sales through excellent service and suggestive selling.
Serve as the acting General Manager when the General Manager is not present.
