About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis, product management, enterprise technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise applications and transformation initiatives.
• Outstanding analytical and systems-thinking skills, including synthesizing complex information, recognizing patterns and root causes, defining ambiguous problems, and converting insights into practical recommendations.
• Demonstrated product approach: understanding users, defining problems before solutions, prioritizing by value, and improving experiences using feedback and data.
• Ability to support simple, intuitive user and employee experiences while balancing business requirements and technical realities.
• Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills, including communicating complex data, user insights, and technical concepts persuasively to encourage alignment and action.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence collaborators, including facilitating conversations with global teams, senior leaders, technical partners, and diverse business functions.
• Excellent judgment and ability to navigate competing priorities, negotiate trade-offs, manage ambiguity, and build consensus without relying solely on authority.
• Technical proficiency in AI-powered enterprise solutions, advanced analytics platforms, enterprise application integration, and modern digital workplace technologies.
• Ambitious, curious, and self-motivated, with the ability to succeed in a fast-moving, collaborative environment and reliably achieve high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale AI-powered workflows, agentic experiences, and internal products that simplify work, surface relevant context, and help employees complete tasks across enterprise tools.
• Drive go-to-market and adoption strategies for digital and AI capabilities, including persona-based value propositions, enablement, communications, feedback loops, and outcome measurement.
• Develop intuitive, simple, high-impact experiences by starting with user problems and connecting solutions to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with global partners, architects, engineers, and business leaders to define product vision, prioritize capabilities, and develop systems supporting NVIDIA’s core business functions.
• Use data, user feedback, and qualitative insights to identify opportunities and make informed decisions; use storytelling to build alignment and influence priorities.
• Build relationships with collaborators at all levels, facilitate discussions, navigate ambiguity, and negotiate trade-offs among user needs, technical constraints, timelines, and business value.
• Gather feedback and measure adoption, usability, satisfaction, and business impact to improve solutions after launch.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and high-quality execution.
