About The Position

As a Business Analyst - EPC, you will play a key role in our Energy team. You will be responsible for providing data-driven insights that support decision-making processes, optimize project performance, and drive business growth. This role requires a critical thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable manner.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and other data analysis tools and visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of core enterprise technology systems, including Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle Fusion Apps, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.

  • Experience in the EPC industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts regular project related reviews and provide feedback to the business.
  • Create custom databases that support the Energy business
  • Participate in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various sources.
  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Presentation of data is in a clear and visually appealing manner using charts, graphs, and other visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance current reporting and analytics to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights to management to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through detailed data analysis.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure timely delivery and alignment of analytic projects with business objectives.
  • Present business trends and analysis to senior and executive leadership monthly and quarterly.
  • Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver insights.
  • Act as a point of contact for business analytics within the Energy group.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including finance, operations, and project management, to understand their analytical needs and deliver solutions.
