Requirements

• Current undergraduate student with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Resume must include major, expected graduation month and year, and GPA.
• Resume must be in PDF format.
• Strong professional integrity and drive.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to multitask effectively and focus on delivering results.
• A track record of successful professional relationship building and policy advocacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex technical information into clear messages for policy and regulatory audiences.
• Demonstrated interest in public policy, politics, government, regulatory affairs, economics, communications, law, or a related field through coursework, internships, extracurricular activities, or prior work experience.
• Works well in a team-driven working group; highly motivated, intelligent, and demonstrates sound judgment and excellence in prior endeavors.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis, writing, and editing support for policy memos and external communications.
• Support the editing and development of content and messaging, including written documents and grassroots materials.
• Research and analyze important policy issues for further dissemination and analysis.
• Support thought-leadership opportunities and presentation development.
• Coordinate and prepare for visits with federal, state, and city government officials and elected officials.
• Work closely with Government Relations advisors.
• Monitor and analyze federal, state, and local legislative, regulatory, political, and policy developments across a range of sectors.
• Prepare policy memos, briefing materials, and other written analyses for internal stakeholders.
• Support special projects.
