ABM is seeking an Entitlements Management Analyst to join their team. This role is responsible for calculating paid time off (PTO), managing rules for pay, wage, and hour calculations, and maintaining these rules within the ABM Entitlement Management System (EMS). The rules are derived from union collective bargaining agreements, federal, state, and local government laws, and customer agreements. The position also handles compliance activities related to minimum wage, living wage, prevailing wage, California Meal and Rest Break Requirements, and Healthy San Francisco. Additionally, the analyst will support software rollouts and maintenance for systems like Epay and Oracle Fusion. A successful candidate will demonstrate advanced organizational, research, and analytical skills, along with the ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders across various departments including Accounting, FP&A, Human Resources, Legal, Software Developers, the Project Management Office, and Operational Managers.
