About The Position

Kraken Kinetics is seeking an experienced NetSuite ERP Business Systems Analyst to partner with the NetSuite Administrator and share responsibility for the system’s implementation, ongoing maintenance, and continuous enhancement, including warehouse management (WMS) and transportation management (TMS). This is an execution-focused role working with finance, supply chain, production, and shipping teams to turn business needs into operational processes and system configuration, test and release changes, build reporting, train users, and support system performance as the company grows. The position is on-site at the company’s West End, North Carolina-area facility. The role covers NetSuite processes across quote-to-cash, purchasing, inventory, work orders, assembly builds, fulfillment, and financials. It also leads the business-side work for NetSuite-integrated WMS and TMS, including barcode scanning, bin locations, and lot and serial tracking. The analyst supports data quality, reporting, month-end close, inventory valuation, user support, documentation, training, and the evaluation and testing of NetSuite releases. Kraken Kinetics designs and manufactures kinetic solutions for the United States Armed Forces and its allies. The company describes its work as spanning kinetic system development from concept and design through testing, manufacturing, and operational deployment. Relocation support is available for the right candidates.
