About The Position
Triunity Software is seeking a sharp and driven Business Systems Analyst to join its growing team in Phoenix, AZ. The role sits at the intersection of business and technology, translating business needs into software solutions and helping systems work more effectively.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role in a software or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in SQL or data querying.

Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Evaluate existing systems and workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and walkthroughs with cross-functional teams.
- Develop use cases, process flow diagrams, and user stories to support system design.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business needs.
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and post-launch monitoring.
