Order to Cash Analyst

Tricentis•Atlanta, GA

About The Position

Join Tricentis’s Finance team and take ownership of critical activities across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, from customer orders and invoicing through collections. Work across Salesforce and the company’s ERP environment to keep orders moving, invoices accurate, and payments on track. Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, customers, and other stakeholders to manage requirements, identify issues early, and keep transactions moving. This is a fast-moving role, particularly during month-end and quarter-end. Success requires attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and accuracy during periods of high volume. The role requires working from the Atlanta office three days per week, including Fridays. The first 30 days involve learning the Order-to-Cash process, systems, controls, and customer requirements, then beginning to process orders and invoices with support. By 90 days, the analyst is expected to independently process standard orders and invoices, manage assigned collection activities, recognize exceptions, and communicate effectively with customers and business partners. Over time, the analyst will own an assigned Order-to-Cash workload, maintain high accuracy, navigate month-end and quarter-end volume, identify issues before they delay invoicing or payment, and become a trusted partner to colleagues.
