About The Position

The Order To Cash Specialist provides comprehensive order-to-cash support to individuals, teams, and departments. The work spans order entry and management, invoicing, problem resolution, sales support, customer service, reporting, and compliance. The specialist uses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and task prioritization to support the team and organizational goals. The role is based in Sugar Land, Texas. Employment will begin with ChampionX and transition to SLB as part of the planned integration following SLB’s acquisition of ChampionX.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of administrative support experience.
Strong PC skills, including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and basic reasoning skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
Flexibility, responsiveness, and resourcefulness.

Nice To Haves

SAP experience.
Experience with EDI customer portals such as ARIBA, OpenInvoice, or iSupplier.

Responsibilities

Process order-to-cash activities, including sales order entry and invoicing.
Maintain customer master data.
Monitor accounts receivable.
Assist with sales reporting and documentation.
Maintain relevant EDI information and process EDI errors.
Work with customers and internal departments to resolve order and inventory issues.
Provide general administrative support to Sales Managers.
Generate and maintain confidential information and administer company policies and procedures.
Create and analyze reports.
Provide order management, problem resolution, sales support, and customer service.
