About The Position

ChampionX, now part of SLB, is hiring an Order To Cash Specialist in Sugar Land, Texas. The role provides comprehensive order-to-cash support to individuals, teams, and departments. It covers order entry and management, invoicing, problem resolution, sales support, customer service, and may include reporting and compliance. The specialist applies strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization to support team operations and organizational goals. The role also provides general administrative support to Sales Managers and involves creating and administering confidential information and company policies and procedures. If selected, employment will begin with ChampionX and transition to SLB as part of the planned integration.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of administrative support experience.
Strong PC skills, including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and basic reasoning skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
Flexibility, responsiveness, and resourcefulness.

Nice To Haves

SAP experience.
Experience with EDI customer portals such as ARIBA, OpenInvoice, or iSupplier.

Responsibilities

Process order-to-cash activities, including sales order entry and invoicing.
Maintain customer master data.
Monitor accounts receivable.
Assist with sales reporting and documentation.
Maintain relevant EDI information and process EDI errors.
Work with customers and internal departments to resolve order and inventory issues.
Provide general administrative support to Sales Managers.
Generate and maintain confidential information and administer company policies and procedures.
Create and analyze reports.
