Revenue Analyst, Order to Cash

Sonar•Austin, TX
•Onsite

About The Position

Sonar is hiring an O2C Revenue Analyst to support accurate, complete, and reliable data across order-to-cash and revenue accounting processes. The role focuses on extracting, transforming, validating, and loading Salesforce CPQ data into Aptitude RevStream (AREV), investigating data exceptions, and reconciling billing information to the revenue subledger. The analyst works closely with Revenue Accounting, Billing Operations, and BizTech, using data-processing skills, advanced Excel capabilities, SQL reporting knowledge, and AREV experience to support monthly and quarterly closes. Accounting conclusions and configuration changes are reviewed by the appropriate process owners. The role also supports stronger team coverage through cross-training, clear process documentation, and knowledge sharing. Its work is intended to reduce reliance on individual process owners, improve data quality and controls, and create a more efficient, scalable revenue-processing workflow. Sonar operates global hubs and emphasizes an in-office culture with three anchor days—Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Candidates must be based in the location where the role is posted; relocation may be supported for the right candidate.
