About The Position

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience working with ERP or enterprise financial systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, NAV, or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience working as a Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or Systems Analyst in enterprise software implementations.
• Experience translating business processes into structured system requirements.
• A strong understanding of accounting principles and application of accounting concepts.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis and structured modelling.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development or analysis tools.
• Some hands-on development or scripting experience (for example Python or similar lightweight languages)
• Experience designing workflows or solution concepts using tools such as Figma or similar visual design environments.
• Full-time development experience is not required, but the successful candidate should be comfortable experimenting with technical tools and understanding development constraints.

Responsibilities

• Solution Analysis & Design Analyze client problems, enhancement requests, and product gaps.
• Translate requirements into structured solution designs.
• Document system behavior, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify edge cases, dependencies, and risks in proposed solutions.
• Ensure solutions are feasible within product and architectural constraints.
• Bridging Consulting and Development Work closely with consulting teams to clarify requirements and objectives.
• Prepare clear, structured specifications for development teams.
• Support developers in understanding solution intent and design decisions.
• Participate in solution discussions and provide structured technical input.
• Systems Thinking & Problem Solving Apply structured thinking to complex system interactions.
• Evaluate how proposed changes affect existing functionality and workflows.

• Prototype workflows and solution concepts using tools such as Figma or other design environments.
• Experiment with AI tools to generate and refine solution specifications.
• Apply structured prompting and iterative refinement to improve AI-generated outputs.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve internal processes, documentation, or solution delivery.
