About The Position

The Senior Lead Finance Analyst supports one of the organization’s largest capital investment portfolios, helping drive the planning, forecasting, and financial management of network infrastructure investments. This consulting-level finance professional will partner closely with leadership, product teams, strategy teams, and business stakeholders to ensure capital investments align with long-term business objectives and future product offerings. The successful candidate will bring strong FP&A expertise, advanced analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage complex, multi-year capital programs from planning through execution. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making while providing financial guidance on large-scale infrastructure investments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, capital management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to solve complex business problems using analytical and quantitative approaches.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience delivering insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing projects or initiatives from concept through implementation.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment on complex assignments.

Nice To Haves

  • Current experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role.
  • Experience supporting Capital Expenditure (CapEx) planning, forecasting, and investment management.
  • Experience developing reporting solutions, dashboards, or financial tools from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for a large-scale capital investment portfolio.
  • Analyze monthly actuals, compare results against budget and forecast, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Support financial management of complex, multi-year infrastructure projects and capital programs.
  • Partner with business, product, strategy, and operational teams to align investment priorities with long-term organizational goals.
  • Develop and enhance financial models, reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools that improve decision-making and visibility.
  • Evaluate spending trends, vendor commitments, material requirements, and investment timing to support capital planning accuracy.
  • Present financial insights, recommendations, and business cases to senior and executive leadership.
  • Lead the development and delivery of finance technology solutions, including ERP systems, enterprise reporting platforms, and AI-enabled analytics capabilities.
  • Serve as a finance advisor on complex cross-functional initiatives, influencing outcomes and driving strategic decisions.
