The Senior Compliance Analyst for Conflicts of Interest serves as a subject matter expert on state, federal, and institutional regulations and policies related to Conflicts of Interest (COI), ethics, Research Security, Undue Foreign Influence, and Research Compliance. This role assists the Associate Vice President, Office of Institutional Compliance, in providing strategic vision for the institution’s COI, Ethics, and Research Compliance program. The position also acts as an institutional key resource for COI and compliance-related analysis, review, and guidance. This role operates in a collaborative and detail-oriented environment, serving as a primary point of contact for compliance-related questions. Success requires strong analytical and organizational skills, autonomy, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and a reliable source of guidance and problem-solving.
