About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with GHG accounting, sustainability reporting, or data processes requiring accuracy and controls, such as financial reporting, audit, or supply chain analytics.
• At least 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects or recurring processes, including planning timelines, tracking deliverables, and coordinating multiple teams.
• Experience analyzing large datasets in Excel or similar tools, including pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience presenting data or analysis to leaders or non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

• Exceptional attention to detail and experience producing accurate, audit-ready work and implementing financial-style controls.
• Hands-on experience with corporate GHG accounting, including Scope 3, the GHG Protocol, and CDP.
• Familiarity with product carbon footprint methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or AI tools to automate data workflows.
• Experience in a hardware, electronics, or manufacturing supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual supply chain Scope 3 calculation end to end, from data preparation through controls and third-party assurance, ensuring deadlines are met and results are audit-ready.
• Run supplier disclosure campaigns, such as CDP Supply Chain, including building supplier lists and tracking responses.
• Analyze emissions data and communicate trends and hotspots.
• Represent supply chain in net zero forecasting, partnering with the Chief Sustainability Office to explain data, shape dashboard requirements, and inform modeling assumptions.
• Plan and track prioritized decarbonization initiatives with internal teams and suppliers.
• Prepare emissions data and content for internal reporting and external disclosures.
• Use AI and automation to improve data quality and reduce manual effort.
